Rhinoplasty Testimonial
Dr. Tuttle and her staff were amazing. Everyone, from the staff on the phone to the nurse, PA , and billing staff. All made me feel comfortable.
They got me a consultation right away. Told me to come as many times as I wanted to decide on a size and answer all my questions.
The surgery was a breeze and the follow ups have all gone really well.

Before and Afters
Appearance of your nose
Nose surgery can dramatically change your appearance. We understand the physical and emotional aspects of this. We will walk you through everything so that you can feel comfortable in your decision. Your surgeon will listen to how you want your nose to look and will evaluate the structure of your nose and face. He/she will explain the results you can expect based on things such as the structure of your nasal bones and cartilage, the shape of your face, the thickness of your skin and your age. We want you to be pleased with your new appearance.
Breathing concerns
Surgery to change the internal nasal passages, or functional nasal surgery, is commonly done to improve airway function. This can be done separately or in combination with cosmetic surgery on your nose. There are different procedures to open air passages, each based on individual need. These procedures could include straightening of the septum (nasal septoplasty), reducing enlarged turbinates (bones that extend the length of the internal nasal cavity) or nasal polyp removal. Options to correct breathing difficulties will be discussed based on your particular situation.
Scars
Most surgery is performed from inside the nose and there will not be scarring on your face. There may be slight scars at the base of your nose if an open technique is used based on the surgery or if you are having narrowing of flared nostrils. It is possible that small burst blood vessels may appear as tiny red spots on the surface of your skin. These spots are usually very minor, but they may be permanent. We perform your surgery so that the least amount of scarring is visible.
Follow-up procedure
Nose surgery is a very complex procedure. Because of this, about one in ten people require a second procedure for the best results. This corrective surgery is usually minor and would be done once healing from the initial surgery is complete. We want to be sure your final appearance is what you want. Your surgeon will discuss this with you if it is needed.
