Cheek Implants

You are in expert hands. We want to be sure we meet your personal goals and provide the best solution for you. We want you to feel good.

Cheek implants are inserted surgically to bring balance to your facial appearance. The cheek implants vary in size and shape and are used to build up the cheek area. A cheek implant can be placed to create a more narrow, angular cheek or a softer, rounder cheek.

Every plastic surgery decision is personal. Reasons people choose to have cheek implants include:

  • To restore a more youthful appearance
  • To improve and enhance facial contours creating a more defined facial profile
  • To fill out a face that appears sunken or tired
  • To give the upper cheeks a higher and fuller appearance

We want you to be informed before making your choices. Our caring team will take the time to listen to your needs and fully explain everything. We will develop a personal plan customized for your needs. You can feel confident in our excellent care.

Every surgery is based on each person’s individual needs. Your surgeon will discuss with you:

  • Incision location
  • Follow-up procedure

Incision location

There are various ways cheek implants can be inserted. An incision can be made inside your upper lip, inside your lower eyelid, or through the incision made during another procedure. A pocket is formed in your cheek area and the implant is inserted. Your surgeon will determine the incision location based on your individual needs.

My eyes were becoming droopy earlier than what should. The upper lids were impairing peripheral vision the lower lids were like “puddles” that sat on my cheekbones.
After receiving and calling other practices. I chose C and PS for their availability, personable and skilled level for delicate procedures.

In rare instances, the implant can shift slightly over time and require a second surgery. Your surgeon will discuss the placement of the implant to reduce the risk of shifting.
