Dr. Mann completed his certification in General Surgery in 1985, followed by his certification in Plastic Surgery in 1987. He began his career in a small town in British Columbia Canada where he was an integral part of the community, serving as only one of two Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Mann practiced general Plastic Surgery in Canada for 13 years where he developed a particular interest in both hand surgery and breast reconstruction. Dr. Mann moved to the Twin Cities in 2000 and now enjoys a flourishing practice as a staff surgeon in many of the East Metro hospitals including Hudson Hospital in Wisconsin. He maintains a general plastic surgery practice with a keen interest in hand, and breast reconstruction.
